If this would have been a k-pop song it would have been easier, because that would have been Y Si Fuera Ella from SHINee. However, seeing this is a J-Pop meme, I really had to think about song and I narrowed it down to these two.
My Last Train because I love and adore the lyrics, and I sometimes think they are written for for people like me... And Precious One because it started playing on a day me and two of my best friends were totally done with men, and felt ugly and unloved.... This song cheered us up, so much.
